Invoices must be paid in full each term to keep your place at SSA, if this is not paid there will be a reminder and there could be a risk of losing your place at SSA. This is important for the club to run and provide you with the best service possible for your athletes.

If the club was to cancel a session during the term we will roll the paid session over at the end of term. If a parent was to cancel the session because of other commitments during the term these will not be a refund for that session.

The reason has come to this that Garons track is paid for in advanced and helps the club secure its place on the Monday and Wednesday nights aswell as securing the UKA coaches that coaches the athletes during the sessions for the current term.

Agreeing to the terms and conditions also grants us The use of photographs and videos for our social media. If you do not want this you must let the head coach know.
