The sprints specialist masterclass is a targeted training program designed to enhance athletes' speed, power, and technique in short-distance races. Through a combination of explosive drills, interval training, and sprint mechanics coaching, participants develop the skills needed to excel in events such as the 100m and 200m. The masterclass emphasises proper form, efficient running mechanics, and mental preparation to shave off valuable milliseconds from sprint times. With personalised feedback and tailored workouts, participants cultivate the speed and agility required to dominate in competitive sprinting events.

Athletes will develop powerful acceleration and top-end speed through the use of sprint blocks, learning how to maximise force production and achieve explosive starts. Our experienced coaches will break down the key biomechanics of sprinting, including posture, arm action, stride mechanics, and ground contact, giving athletes a clear understanding of what makes an effective sprinter.
