Sprint Specialist Classes (school Years 6–11)
Our Sprint Specialist Classes are designed for athletes in ages 10 -18 who want to develop their speed and improve their sprint performance.

These sessions focus on the key elements of sprinting, helping athletes become faster, more powerful, and more efficient on the track.

Athletes will work on sprint mechanics, acceleration, top speed, and speed endurance through structured drills, technical coaching, and race-focused training. Each session is designed to help athletes refine their technique while building strength, coordination, and confidence.

These classes are also ideal for athletes preparing for upcoming track competitions, giving them the opportunity to sharpen their sprint technique and practice race preparation.

What athletes will work on:

Sprint mechanics and running technique
Acceleration and explosive starts
Maximum speed development
Speed endurance and race preparation

Our goal is to help athletes improve their sprint performance, build strong technical foundations, and gain confidence competing on the track.
