Quad Kids Athletics Camp (Ages 5–11) Our Quad Kids Athletics Camp is designed for young athletes aged 5–11 who want to develop their athletics skills in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment. The camp focuses on the four key elements of track and field: running, throwing, jumping, and endurance, which form the foundation of the Quad Kids format. Athletes will take part in a variety of engaging drills, games, and mini-competitions that help improve speed, coordination, strength, and stamina. Sessions are structured to help children build strong athletic fundamentals while enjoying being active. This camp is also ideal for athletes preparing for upcoming Quad Kids competitions, giving them the opportunity to practice the key events, develop their technique, and build confidence ahead of competition day. What children will work on: Sprinting and running technique Jumping events such as standing long jump and long jump Throwing activities to develop power and coordination Endurance runs and relay challenges Our goal is to help young athletes improve their skills, prepare for competition, and most importantly have fun while developing a love for athletics.
